A place with so much to see.

The Dyfi is an interesting place. A still visible slate mining heritage, the stunning raw landscape of Snowdonia National Park, and the ancient capital of Wales – the local town of Machynlleth all within pedalling distance.

We've got plenty on our doorstep to keep you entertained for a weekend, and enough to keep you coming back for more. All this heritage makes for fascinating riding too. Even when you're not riding on the slate bedrock, you can see the signs of its use all around. Distinctive slate fencing, impossibly steep farm walls and abandoned old buildings are left scattered over the landscape. It's something we're sure you'll appreciate from the saddle, or through the lens.
